My favourite crêpes recipe, perfect for picky mothers like mine

My family isn’t french, but if there’s something my mother is annoingly picky about is the recipe I use for “crêpes’ night”. So here it is, not too salty, not too sweet, not to fat nor too milky. No need to rest, no need to put butter:

Ingredients (for 4ppl) :

– 4 eggs

– 500ml of milk

– 2 tbsp of sugar (the soup ones ahha)

–  250g of flour

– pinch of salt

Preparation :

1. Put dry ingredients in a bowl

2. Make a well and break the eggs in, mix until smooth

3. Mix the cold milk in little by little, mix until smooth

4. Enjoy
